Florida Leak Locators uses highly sensitive electronic equipment with audio transmitters that bounce high or low frequency waves off main or lateral water lines, which will indicate where the leak or leaks are and how deep they are.

If sound does not reveal the leak, we do a complete visual inspection of the pool. If that turns up negative, we then preasure test and static test the lines (no additional charge) in the pool to find the leak.

If we find the leak is inside the pool or spa(which is 90% of the time), we will repair the leak using two part underwater epoxy or underwater hydraulic cement. This minor repair should eliminate the problem, as long as there are no structural beam problems, and as long as the pool does not need renovations or regrouting.

We believe in water conservation and ecological preservation, so we're going to search intensely until we find that ever evasive leak.  Did you know in North Carolina it is mandatory to have your pools checked for leaks because of drought conditions.  We are the leader when it comes to finding leaks in the Tampa Bay, Sarasota, and Pinellas County area. Many of the large pool companies and other leak detection companies call us when they are stumped and can't find the leak.

 Florida Leak Locators price is all inclusive. We will find the leak or leaks inside of your pool or spa without any additional charges and include any minor repairs.  We will dive the pool in hot or cold weather.  All our trained technicians have wet and dry suits.

If we determine the leak is outside of the pool (a major repair) we will at that time pinpoint the location of the leak and give you or your contractor a price for the repair with $100.00 discount.

If you are on city or county water, we will send you a letter you can send with your next water bill. Most of the utility companies are good about giving you a refund back on your bill.
